It is supposed to protect their hands from tiredness, traumas, also to facilitate it and make it more pleasant. The meaning of the small linen bag (“lakomnik”) fixed on a beltand containing grains and a coin is to attract money for the crafts made by women. The doll was made on the Day of Philip when field works were over and women started to be involved in needlework during long winter evenings. This doll is very quick-minded and thanks to her 6 hands manages a lot about the house and obtains everything for her family life.
