Even for those individuals who have a hard time believing that these Dolmens, now visited by thousands of Anastasia's readers, could offer anything other than comfortable shade, they reportedly have had profound effects on even doubtful visitors. These effects are described in various ways and even your cynical editor seemed to have been "tricked" into some amazing discoveries.
My first visit to Russia could have been a difficult experience, had it not been for your careful and circumspect planning, Yuri. You had thought of every detail to make my individual journey a nurturing, fascinating and adventuresome trip, picking just the right support people, all of which were doing 150% of their job. I don't know what I would have done without you. Thank you for the gift of an unforgettable trip!

What surprised/affected you most in Russia?
(1) Tekos School, even more amazing than I thought. (2) The spiritual power of the Dolmens.. I think I told you Yuri that I wrote a story set in the future based at the Tekos School. It turned out to be uncannily similar and far better than I imagined. The energy and creativity in the place was phenomenal. (3)Vedruss festival was wonderful - we even had a Ukrainian bard singing us a beautiful Anastasia inspired song especially for us.
Your personal experience with a certain dolmen.
I lay down on a Dolmen in a forest near Pshada. There was a cool breeze and I was worried that I might get cold and wished that I had something warm to cover my chest. At the very moment of my wish, a large black kitten leapt out of nowhere, on to my chest, snuggled into me and kept me lovely and warm for the next hour!!!!! I am not even a cat person but this cat and I were totally in love with each other. I felt very healed by it and its warmth and love is exactly what I needed. At another Dolmen I had a vision of Jake my husband and knew that we had been together at the time of the Dolmens and were soulmates.

The trip was magical with all the ups and downs as any tours go. I was fascinated by the country side, the extent of the dolmen heritage and its influence on local people. Schetinin's school was outstanding. Spent an entire day with the children at the school. I am determined to go back to the school for a more extensive period.
Thank you Yuri for all your inspirational assistance, constant support, feedback and enthusiasm. You don't realize the role you played in getting someone like to really get on board with this trip.

What surprised/affected you most in Russia?
The Russian Soul is still very much alive (eco-village movements, etc.), despite all the political and economical changes over recent years and decades. Also, Russians are masters in improvisation.
         Your personal experience with a certain dolmen?
I felt that that I have met a certain dolmen or the entity that was in the dolmen before (in a previous life). The energy of the dolmen resonates with your own personality and helps to answer certain questions you have or cleanses you of certain blockages. All of a sudden you have an answer that you were looking for a long time and/or feel relieved of something that has troubled you for a while.
         Your spiritual discoveries/revelations?
Understanding and pursuing your dreams is most important. Don’t be deceived by perceived challenges. They are only there to confirm the sincerity of your undertaking(s).
         Was it important for your personal/spiritual development?
Very important. Not to be missed. I am so happy and thankful that I did it.
         Your advice to people wishing to go but hesitating over the challenges and circumstances?
One needs to realize that the more spiritually advanced a tour is, the higher the challenges are that have to be overcome. Everybody is being tested if he/she is REALLY ready for it and wants it.

How do you assess your journey on importance for your personal/spiritual development?
I have made 3 other spiritual/personally transformative journeys before, generally they all have a similar feeling which comes first with a 'calling' and help me shift to the next level within my own transformative process. The reason for the trip to Russia was quite obscure to me initially, I was not exactly sure what id be working on or with, its process was more subtle than the other journeys I've taken and the effects also but at the same time the effects feel quite deep, subtle yet deep. So it goes high on my list!.
Your advise to people wishing to go for the tour: Don't wish ! Just do it !

  What surprised/affected you most in Russia?
Before my (first) trip to Russia began, I said to myself to travel with an open mind and an open heart. This helps to see the things the way they are instead of clinging to images or ideas in mind. I was surprised to see so much beauty in Russia. Untouched nature, beautiful forests, creeks and flowers I had not really expected to see in such abundance. Pure mountain spring water , waterfalls, and distances I only knew from Canada impressed me on a daily basis of the trip.
         Your personal experience with a certain dolmen?
After having seen a few dolmen during the first few days of our trip, the group of dolmen we were guided to by our friends Vadim and Olga through half-empty river/creek beds up to the top of the hills were my favourite dolmens. In particular the first big one, on which roof slab I decided to rest for 20 minutes with view through toward the sky whilst being surrounded by tree trunks and light green oak leaves was the most beautiful experience for me.
Afterwards I quietly sat down on the yoga mat I had brought along and then it came to me that I started writing down a lot of insight, that literally came from the inside of myself. I asked questions and got the answers immediately. A very fascinating and impressive experience.
         Your spiritual discoveries/revelations?
Perception of Time: During our trip, my perception of time completely changed as it slowed down every moment to what it actually was. When we drank tee, we drank tee. When we were walking outside, we were walking outside, when we were meditating at a dolmen, we were meditating at a dolmen. Not two activities interfered with each other. This was incredibly relaxing and appeasing.
Perception of Space: Being within our small group from all over the world put together and also in the by far largest country in the world (17.9 sqkm), so much abundance of pure nature is available on this earth, which is truly amazing.
Perception of Truth: When you for the first time see someone or something and you cannot help judging based on your own mindset, culture and background, you will quickly notice that you will get your lessons taught at a later point of time. The dolmens revealed to me that you will always learn afterwards why you have encountered such a situation, met with such a person, or undergone such difficulties in life. For me it absolutely proved true.
         Was it important for your personal/spiritual development?
The spiritual discoveries and revelations were very important for my personal life and spiritual development. I had unanswered questions and needed to know the answer or at least if I was on the right way. These answers came, as I am convinced, through the presence of the dolmen, from my own intuition. This is because no-one else but me knows the "I" in myself, even if hidden in my subconsciousness. The presence of the dolmen just help release this information. The only thing I had to do is to write them down in my book.
         Your advice to people wishing to go but hesitating over the challenges and circumstances?
There are many ways how to plan a trip. You may start a year in advance or you may be tempted to dare a more spontaneous trip. If you decide to participate in the first place but then all of a sudden you feel you get hesitant or even reluctant to your initial idea, I can only say, "Don't overrule your intuition!". Often your initial thoughts are the ones coming from your intuition. Have you every noticed that when you answer a multiple choice questionnaire, the best answer usually comes first and not after thinking for 30 minutes. Your intuition or inner voice usually knows best or what is best for you, respectively. Therefore, trust your inner voice, your initial idea from your Soul.
I definitely do not regret at all to have dared the spontaneous decision to participate, to have ignored the questioning faces from my co-workers, all the more I am happy as I have been rewarded with such an outstanding experience I would not want to miss in my life. I guess I now have to stop advertising or I won't get a spot for next year's trip... :-)

Cate and Donald Jessep, New Zealand The May Dolmen tour was fabulous. We were beautifully hosted. Lydia's borscht was the best and Yuri organised everything perfectly. Misha was a great driver for the few days we couldn't walk to our destination. We were able to spend as much time as we liked with the Dolmens. We were privileged to visit the Shchetinin school and observe the election of the student council for the ensuing year. We spent a day in Gelendzik, which we found to have quite different feel to other centres we visited in Russia. We were a small group and we had some great conversations. The finale was being able to stay for 3 days at Senegorie Eco Village. Larissa and Aliona and everyone who called in, made us feel most welcome. We were included in the first formal gathering in their community house, a concert to celebrate Children’s day. Thank you Radiy, Kristina, Igor, Valerie and everyone who helped us when we got lost walking back after the concert. Thank you, Yuri.

Dan Uhrbom, Sweden Dear Yuri! Thank you for nice days 11 to 15 sept 2014, wish Dan Uhrbom in the swedish group. I liked to be there, specially at the dolmens, but also in the school and Kin’s domains. My experiences at the dolmens was the strongest, because sitting there I come into something else, which I feel now 30 days later, have increased my understanding about human possibilities. I feel that the very old Russian culture, Anastasia was talking about, is stored around the dolmens and I received some of it that day. I also understand that I have had some lives in that culture.
