          In the first book, "Communion with the Sages of the Dolmens," I described how I came to the dolmens, how I first saw the sages in the dolmens, and how I began to read their thought-responses to my questions.

          I have a helper in the dolmen, which is located behind the village of Pshada, close to the resort town of Gelendzhik. His name is Margelan. Even now, he helps me and always answers my questions. In this booklet, I will often refer to him and other sages as well. 

          People should know that all the sages in the dolmens bring and have already brought nothing but good to the people of our time. 

          People today are often in a rush and don't know how to act in various situations to avoid making mistakes. The sages in the dolmens, with all their strength and skill, strive to help everyone who approaches them. All you need to do is approach the dolmen with pure thoughts, that is, thoughts that do not harm anyone or anything around you, and sit or stand for ten minutes, ask your question, and often it happens that you can receive a very precise answer immediately, and sometimes the answer may come later, when you are already far from it. Even at home, you can recall the state, the mood, the influence you experienced while communicating with the sage at the dolmen, and it will recur. This state brings peace and joy to the soul. The world around becomes pleasant, beautiful, and kind.
