Traditional Bulgarian Veggie Soup.
Ingredients: green lentils, rice, dried tomatoes, celery root, dried carrots, ground black pepper, ground red hot pepper, asafoetida, cumin whole, coriander, dill, cilantro, rosemary.
Cook in boiling water for 30 minutes.
The soup is rich, nourishing and very tasty! Readymade soup is sprinkled with finely chopped parsley and is served to the table.
