How to live healthy and happily ever after - advice by Prof. Neumyvakin

Dr. Ivan Pavlovich Neumyvakin (1928 - 2018) made a significant contribution to the development of Russian medicine.
He was a prolific writer, producing over 200 scientific works and 60 books, and received certificates for 85 of his inventions.
He developed an alternative system for improving health naturally, and was also active in the fields of space medicine and alternative medicine.
Over the course of his 90-year life, he accomplished much in the pursuit of better health for humanity.
I never went back to see a doctor again.
When I was 52 years old, conventional medicine had given up on me and discharged me to die. I was in the army, and our third main department had a resort in Adler on the Black Sea. It was March, and they gave me a voucher to go there. At that point, I could barely walk due to various health issues, including atrial fibrillation, high blood pressure, gangrene in my leg, and severe thrombophlebitis. Doctors had declared themselves helpless, and I decided to leave the hospital and go to Adler instead.
Despite the winter weather and icy conditions, I tied a rope to a nearby tree and to myself, then crawled out to the sea in the early morning while everyone else was still asleep. I swam in the freezing water and climbed back onto shore using the rope. After wrapping myself up, I would return to my room, which was only 30 meters away from the shore. I repeated this routine every morning for about a month and a half.
After my time in Adler, I never went back to see a doctor again.
All of the highly qualified doctors who once stood by my bedside, believing me to be a hopeless, dying patient, have passed away. Meanwhile, I haven't done anything particularly remarkable with my life. I simply began practicing folk medicine and investigating the origins of my illness. Eventually, I discovered that the root of the problem lies within the gastrointestinal tract.
And there will be no Flu.
Recently, the media have been scaring us with swine flu. There is no such thing as swine flu! This is deceiving, fooling people, those who need to sell their vaccines at a profit. You are better to take ordinary, pharmaceutical 3% hydrogen peroxide, drop 15-20 drops of it into a quarter of a glass of water. Then take this solution with a dropper or syringe without a needle and put it into both nostrils. And so you do it in the morning and in the evening. And you won't get the flu.
Hydrogen peroxide - atomic oxygen kills any parasites that get in the way of life. Viruses, fungi, germs, worm infestation, cancer cells all get killed. And normal cells only flourish and live.
Dilute Hydrochloric Acid is a Road to Disease
Our stomach needs hydrochloric acid in order to be able to decompose and break down the meat we eat. And if you drink the meat (in any form) for lunch or breakfast with soft drinks, mineral water, tea or coffee, then you dilute your gastric juice, as a result of which the digestive juices do not have enough concentration to digest the meat. And then the meat begins to rot. Believe me, I'm a surgeon - when you do an operation and open up a patient, there's such a smell! It's like the foulest toilet, where you just can't go in from the stench! It's all unprocessed meat.
If you drink even one sip of water or other liquid during or immediately after a meal, you will never be healthy. Sooner or later, you'll get a toxin from this kind of habit of drinking your food, which will clog your body so much that no one, no doctor will be able to help you.
Meat is a Corpse.
Meat is a heavy, dead product. In the Caucasus, the clever thing to do is to have a guest come and cut up a ram and eat the freshest meat and lots of greens. We don't have such meat. We freeze the meat and defrost it and it's no longer meat, but a corpse. It's very difficult for the body to process this corpse, it takes a lot of energy. And energy should help us to live, to love, to move, to create. But as it turns out, a lot of our energy is spent on digesting corpses. And even more so in the face of diluted food juices.
If a person is sick, eating meat is strictly forbidden. It acidifies the organism, the blood from meat food becomes "sour", thick, and this is the source and breeding ground for any pathology. So with age you need to switch to a natural regime: as much as possible vegetable food and as little as possible meat, animal food. Plant foods have everything a person needs to be healthy: there are vitamins, micro- and macro-nutrients, phytohormones, everything is there. So that you take all the necessary vitamins, hormones, amino acids from the food, add to your diet nuts and seeds, a variety. Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts, pine nuts, whatever. They have all the amino acids you need.
Can a Man be Sexually Active without Meat?
Many men, and especially women, make a big mistake believing that meat is necessary for sexual performance. Here are some women who say, "My mother said: "Feed a man meat!" And that's what the women do - they feed their husbands meat! And their husbands live 7-10 years less. Dear women, don't do that.
Breathed into the Bag - and in two Minutes the Pain Was Gone.
With the help of breathing you can cure a lot of diseases. Breathe this way: breathe in a little and breathe out much more slowly. The duration of the inhalation to the exhalation should be approximately 1:10. Or, to put it simply, the exhalation should be much longer in time than the inhalation. You should make a breath, then a very slow exhalation and after an exhalation it is desirable not to breathe one minute or slightly less, as long as you can. Do this breathing exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. When you sit at a meeting or assembly, tired of listening to the speaker - inhale, exhale and do not breathe, inhale, exhale and do not breathe. When you breathe like that and hold your breath, you accumulate carbon dioxide in your cells. And when you start breathing heavily, taking deep breaths and short breaths, the oxygen accumulates in your cells and the carbon dioxide is squeezed out - you can get fainting as a result.
I always recommend carrying a cellophane bag, a small one. If you feel that something is wrong with your heart, if you have a strong pain in your heart, quickly take the bag under your nose, pinch the edges and begin to breathe into the bag, inhale and exhale from the bag. Two minutes at most. In this simple way you will quickly restore the right amount of carbon dioxide in your cells and thus prevent a heart attack. Are your joints hurting badly? Breathe into the bag, and in two minutes the pain is gone.
Water is Man's Number One Food!
As people get older, they stop drinking water and say, "I'm not thirsty. But water is about 75% of what a person eats himself. Then, as we age, the amount of water in the body decreases, and by old age it even comes to 50-60%. But without enough water in our body there is no inner "electricity"! We have a cell, there are thousands of mitochondria that only need water to work. Water, which our cells need, is not coffee, tea and other various drinks. Only pure water goes into the cell! Full stop. And that's why you need to drink at least one and a half liters of water in winter, and two liters of water in summer, during the warm season. You should drink water before meals for 10-15 minutes. Be sure to drink water on an empty stomach! This is a law, which can cost you your health if you do not follow it. During the meal - not one sip! After the meal, if you ate meat, you need to abstain from water for at least two hours. After porridge - about an hour and a half. But if you took even one sip, you diluted the hydrochloric acid in your stomach, the digestive juices, and so the food you ate will not be fully digested.
In between meals, drink as much water as you want. Some people say, "I can't drink water - I want to eat." You don't need to eat, you need to drink water! Water is man's number one food!
Where do We Get Clean Water?
Coffee, tea - these drinks contribute to the clogging of the cells of the body! It is necessary to drink pure water without additives in order to improve the whole body. Water is the basis of every biochemical process, and it is pure water. Some people say: "Where can we get clean water? Tap water is dirty". Here is my answer. In the evening, you take a two or three liter glass jar and pour tap water into it. In the morning, there will be sediment at the bottom of the jar. You carefully pour the clear (for about five centimeters to the bottom of the jar, where the sediment lies) into a pot or kettle and start boiling this water, cleared of sediment. Boil it not to boiling, but to the so-called "white-key effect". That is, when the water is still not boiling, but there are bubbles, which makes the water itself become sort of matte. You take the water off the fire and try to cool it down as quickly as possible (you can put it in a sink with cold water). The water cooled in the cauldron becomes structured, almost "melted" water, which is exactly what our cells need. Only it will be like that within about three hours. Drink it as much as you want. From morning until lunchtime. Consider that you are doing a great good for your cells, they are simply getting healthier with this water.
Whoever Does These Squats will Forget about Heart Attack, Stroke...
Stand near a sturdy vertical support (e.g. a tree, with a trunk thick enough that you can wrap your fingers around it securely with two hands) and grasp it at the level of your belly button. Keep your feet together. Lean slightly back, with your arms and legs straight. Now start squatting, bending your knees. Start carefully with shallow squats of 10-15 centimeters. And only after a month, and for older people after two, it will be possible to perform this exercise completely - that is, squatting all the way down. After a couple of months of daily training a person will be able to squat at least 100 times - with short rest breaks, if necessary. Of course, it is necessary to pay attention to the individual characteristics of the body - so that only a little fatigue from the exercise, but in no case overwork.
What gives such an exercise? First, you train back muscles, abdominal muscles, leg muscles. The heart is well pumped. Whoever will do such squats, will forget about heart attack, stroke, problems with legs. In addition, such squats keep us in everyday life from all kinds of injuries and falls. Also, blood pressure comes back to normal. I have some sick, retired people who do 300-400 squats. With breaks and rest, of course. And after 2-3 months you look and their blood pressure is normal. Here, in Soviet Union times there was a well-known cartoonist Boris Yefimov, who lived almost 108 years. Until his death he did this exercise - he squatted 100 times.
Special Exercise for Men
Why do muscles stop working? It's because people don't walk enough. We are driven to and from work - we sit, we work - we also sit, we rest - we sit again. Without movement there will be no health, everything has to work...
Here is a good exercise for men to prevent prostatitis. You wake up in the morning, get out of bed, sit on the floor and move around on your buttocks: walk forward for a meter or two and then go backward in the same way, forward - backward. Until you get tired. What we sit on is the most important part of our body. That's where it starts and that's where it ends. That's where we have the nuclear reactor and that's where everything has to work.
All Unnecessary Food Becomes the Cause of Illness
Don't eat if you don't want to! Forcing yourself to eat and cramming food into your body is a crime against your health. If you are not hungry, it means that the previously eaten food has not yet been digested. Reducing your habitual portion of food is a step toward making your body healthier, getting rid of the blockage and improving your digestion. All unnecessary food becomes the cause of disease. That is why once or twice a week it is necessary to make a day of rest (fruit, juice) lasting from 24 to 36 hours or fasting by taking melted water. During illnesses with fever, it is desirable to eat nothing but drink water and juices until the temperature normalizes.
Have Dinner no Later than 7 P.M.
Your dinner should not be late - preferably no later than 19 hours, otherwise the body overnight will not be able to fully rest and recover. Eaten at night, before going to bed, the food, especially heavy, meat, just will not be fully digested and begins to rot, thereby starting various pathological processes in the body... Eat dinner no later than 19 hours and then you will disappear any problems with excess weight, and the body will perfectly clean itself.
Walking with Poles is a Great Way to Stay Healthy
Take ordinary ski poles. And start every day a little bit, preferably somewhere in the park, where there are more trees and cleaner air, to walk on these poles, as if with skis. Abroad, this walking with poles - these special walking sticks are sold in almost every hypermarket there, they are also adjustable in height - has long been commonplace and even fashionable. For the elderly, such walking is an excellent and universal means for maintaining and strengthening health, it is an excellent and unburdensome load for almost all muscles, for the spine, for the legs. Running? Not in the Morning!
Many of us run in the morning, which in any case should not be done. As numerous studies show, running in the morning significantly increases blood clotting, and this is fraught with its consequences: acceleration of atherosclerotic process and blood vessel thrombosis.
The Smaller the Inhale and the Slower the Exhale, the Better for the Body
In our sedentary life, especially at an older age, we find many reasons not to exercise: there are no sports fields, dogs whose owners take them out for a walk and do not allow us to jog, etc. I will offer you one way to improve your health.
Many of us live in multistory buildings and complain that it is difficult to climb to the 2nd-5th floors without an elevator. How do you turn the heaviness into joy? When you reach the first step, take a breath, exhale a little and go as fast as you can without breathing. If you feel that you can no longer hold your breath, stop, finish breathing (there is still a lot of air in the lungs), calm your breathing and go ahead.
The first few days you will be worried about shortness of breath, palpitations, heaviness in the legs, but they will gradually disappear. Descend should also be so - "not breathing", because in this case, working other muscles: who went to the mountains, knows that the rise than go down easier. At the beginning you will overcome 3-5 steps, and then more and more, but in any case this way strengthens the cardiovascular, pulmonary, nervous, muscular systems, improves metabolism, reduces weight.
When you get home, take a contrast shower and praise yourself: "What a good job I did!" Our body is amazingly arranged, in which there are great opportunities, in particular in the same respiratory system. Even in my Phd dissertation I noted that we exhale more air than we inhale, because in Nature there is a physiological type of breathing: the less inhalation and more delay in exhalation or slower exhalation, the better for the body.
Negative Thoughts Eat Us up From the Inside
Live with pure thoughts and what you can give in life, give back. You will be rewarded anyway. Not today, but tomorrow. And most importantly - it is a positive attitude. If you are afraid of something, if you are unsure of something, if you are jealous of someone, then you do enormous harm to yourself. Negative thoughts are destructive, negative energy, which destroys, undermines, like a worm, your body from the inside. This is why it is necessary to tune yourself and especially sick people in a positive way. It is impossible or extremely difficult to help a sick person if he/she has a negative attitude, if he/she has only fear in their head. This is one of the most important postulates in the fight against any disease.

Conifers are known for producing a powerful supply of oxygen, which includes atomic oxygen. In addition, they contain phytoncides and other fluids that are essential for human wellbeing.
