The oil is brownish or light in colour, depending on the harvest of the nut, it changes its colour due to the resin on the shell of the nut, which is a special feature, as the oil is produced from a whole nut in the shell, which makes it as healthy as possible and gives it a special taste.
The flavour also varies depending on the harvest, there is a slight bitterness in the brownish hue due to the presence of cedar resin from the shell, this is an indispensable indicator of quality. We also note that the oil is pressed using a cedar barrel press.
